I have dealt with high end car dealers for a very long time and I can say that I have never witnessed ANY sales representative treat their customers as well as Silvio Guzman treated my family. He is more than just a sales guide trying to make a deal and for that simple reason I'd like to consider myself a loyal customer to this dealer and to the brand. Going into this new purchase we were quite undecided as to which vehicle would accommodate our needs properly as we have two new additions to our family and needed some extra room for traveling. Keeping that in mind, Silvio introduced us to the LR4. He was very thorough in his explination of the vehicle and he proved his expertise and knowledge base of Land Rover products. This made the decision process quite simple for us and after a nice test drive we were proud owners of our first Land Rover product, a brand new LR4. The vehicle is just amazing. The handling of this vehicle is just unbeliveable, you do not feel like you are driving a "boxy" design at all!! I can honestly say, I can not wait until the lease is up on my other vehicle so I can trade it in for a Range Rover Sport... I'd like to thank Silvio for the time he spent helping us find the vehicle to fit us best and his genuine manner, he is a true asset to the dealership's team. Also, to the folks at PMLR for their time and effort in putting together such a great team to work with. We had been shopping around for a new LR4 on the internet and by visiting a couple of Land Rover dealerships. It just so happens we live in between two of the dealerships. We had visited Silvio at Land Rover and by visiting a couple of Land Rover dealerships. It just so happens we live in between two of the dealerships. We had visited Silvio at Land Rover Of Parsippany and after conversing with him and other sales people at other facilities, he seemed to be the most sincere. He made us feel at ease and confident in our decision to purchase the LR4, he demonstrated all the benefits of the vehicle and answered all our questions with clear and precise explanation. We are very happy with our new car and with the fact that we purchased it from Silvio and Land rover of Parsippany. The entire staff seemed to be friendly and knowledgeable especially the sales manager Mike. I would definetly recommend Land Rover OF Parsippany and Silvio Guzman to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle, i know that i will be back there when time comes for me to get another car. I have purchased numerous Land Rovers and Range Rovers over the years form L R of Parsippany. Most of them from Jim Pappas. He is more of a zealot than a salesman.One meeting with him and it is impossible over the years form L R of Parsippany. Most of them from Jim Pappas. He is more of a zealot than a salesman.One meeting with him and it is impossible not to feel his enthusiasm and join the cult. He lives, eats and breathes all things Land Rover. He grew up with then and has won national competitions on product knowledge. Its quite refreshing actually. The other terrific thing about this dealership is the management team. Garret Revolinsky is impressive. He is open minded and repsonsive to his customers needs. And when it comes to a service department, you can count on Jim Scott's group to make sure your truck is in top shape. As far as I am concerned, there is no better dealership which is why i gave them a perfect score of 5 on all counts. More
I live out of state and saw a used vehicle I was interested in, but when I called and spoke with Craig , he said the vehicle had been already sold. Craig told me he would keep me informed if somethi interested in, but when I called and spoke with Craig , he said the vehicle had been already sold. Craig told me he would keep me informed if something similar came into the dealership. About a week later Craig called, and said that he had the perfect vehicle for me. He sent me the email link to the vehicle, which included pictures and a free Car Fax report. Craig was right, the vehicle was perfect. I gave a deposit via email, and drove the 450 miles to the dealership. as promised my car was cleaned, and ready to go. The paper work took no time to do and I was on my way back home in an hour. I have bought numerous vehicles over my life time, and have never had an easier or more professional experience! I have had my new vehicle for almost a year, and when I am asked where I found such a gem, the first words out of my mouth are, see my buddy Craig at Land Rover Parsippany!!! More
Our purchase of an Evoque for our daughter has been a very positive experience. Silvio was great to work with. I absolutely LOVE Paul Miller Land Rover. I came to Land Rover Parsippany after having a poor and misleading experience at Prestige Land Rover. At first, I was looking for a 2008 or sooner LR2. Silvio was Rover Parsippany after having a poor and misleading experience at Prestige Land Rover. At first, I was looking for a 2008 or sooner LR2. Silvio was very helpful with showing me all of the available options. He was very knowledgeable about the Land Rover vehicles. At the time, I had been studying Land Rovers for over a year so I can certainly say he knew his stuff! I was able to test drive as many Rovers as I saw fit. Ultimately, I landed myself in a 2011 LR2 HSE with barely any miles on it (less than 5,000). I would have never dreamed that I could own such a new and pristine model, but he worked with me along with the finance manager. The finance manager is also such a very nice and very helpful person. They were able to get me an excellent loan with a very low interest rate (especially, for someone making their first car purchase)! I ended paying less a month for my 2011 LR2 than the 2008 LR2 I was going to get at Prestige! I owe it to Silvio who was able to spot and secure such a fantastic deal for me! More
I had been shopping for a pre owned certified Range Rover Sport and had looked at all the available ones on the internet,I contacted the dealers who had what i was looking for and was kind of skeptical. I then called Land Rover of Parsipany and i got Silvio as my sales guide, He took his time in explaining the 150 point checklist etc, and suggested i come down and take the car for a ride,"no strings attached" and i agreed. I went there and was made to feel at ease, there was no pressure put on me whatsoever. I was shown the car, took it for a test drive and once again explained the certified program, it was a smooth, no pressure atmosphere. Everyone was friendly, courteous and lots of smiles from everyone. I thought i had found the right place to do business, and i recommend this place to anyone looking for a Range Rover new or used. They were able to send me home in my new "preowned" car the same day. I wish i had contacted them first, it would have made things easier. So yes i do recommend this dealership and i definetly recommend Silvio to anyone. More
Craig Stanzione. Was amazing he helped me n my family buys new car that was in my price range. He was sooo friendly the frist time we met him than we went to range rover pramus and didn't get te same att buys new car that was in my price range. I felt he went out of his way to help us . We were talking today and said we should only own range rovers for the rest of our lives and my bf said only if we buy it from Craig Stanzione. Thanks to a great team at range rover we r sooo happy ! More
these people show no loyalty whatsoever. we have leased two trucks from them and NEVER AGAIN. These people in the service department are unprofessional, unresponsive and don't care one bit about their cu two trucks from them and NEVER AGAIN. These people in the service department are unprofessional, unresponsive and don't care one bit about their customers. be careful dealing with them. we brought our truck into the service department and we were accused of spilling coffee inside the navigation system--if you look at a 2010 sport you will see its almost impossible for this to happen. they blamed us for this and said it would cost $5700--they were not willing to come to an agreement to split the cost or maybe charge us the actual cost to them for the unit and no labor cost since we would have fixed at their dealership. explained to them that we will be leasing other truck from them in the future is there anything they can do for us--their response---THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO. they couldn't prove we did this they just placed the blame on us.
