I brought the vehicle for one specific problem and we ended up taking care of some other issues that I was unaware of, and some of it covered by the extended warranty. Except the problem I came in for was not fixed. The extended warranty did not want to cover the issue if they could not see the warning light. The technicians must not have realized that the warning light does not come on immediately when started but after a few minutes. I suppose it was not test driven. I will get it fixed at a later date and will be out another deposit fee. I was very appreciative of having the loaner vehicle especially since it was a long process while waiting for my warranty company. More

What a great experience! Chris was able to make this deal work without me having to be in the dealership (very important at this time!). Speedy Service I had arranged my vehicle to be dropped at dealership with my own transport company and it ended up being delayed and I missed my scheduled appointmen I had arranged my vehicle to be dropped at dealership with my own transport company and it ended up being delayed and I missed my scheduled appointment. Once the vehicle was dropped Stephan reached out and I had let him know what was wrong and all the delays I experienced. He ensured the vehicle would be looked at and repairs completed asap. Low and behold Stephan had everything done before the end of the hour. Will continue to use this dealership for all i need! More
