Work done was satisfactory but the service reminder was NOT reset so it still goes on. Also did not receive a report (which I always have in the past) of anything that may require attention in the future o NOT reset so it still goes on. I purchased an IPace-the electric vehicle, while I was put with a specialist for this car to go over all of the features which was great. Vonce was a great salesman with negotiating and follow up for me to purchase the car. There was no manual with the car nor a key lock for my tires. No one went over how to charge my car, what I should charge it to..No one told me what charging station to get or I needed to purchase a home station- which is really disappointing, as I did the paperwork for the car 4 days prior to picking it up. This is my second time purchasing from Zeigler, so this is beyond disappointing that I have to purchase a wheel lock key so I can get my tire replaced. Additionally, it took your company almost 2 weeks to pay my old car off, not the best experience for a repeat customer. More
