Seemed short staffed. Not the most welcoming of accommodations. Previous dealerships have a person welcome the client. I stood with no direction at drop off. Bought my 2013 LR4 from out-of-state (Michigan) and this dealer couldn't be more helpful. Mike B kept me informed thru the process letting me know what I would need to complete the deal. I was nervous buy dealer couldn't be more helpful. Mike B kept me informed thru the process letting me know what I would need to complete the deal. I was nervous buying a car sight unseen but there was no problem at all. There was even a slight problem with the check from the bank (bank's fault) but they cleared it up with no problem. The car was spotless when I picked it up. I'd definitely buy my next Land Rover from this dealership. More
