Had a flat tire due to puncture. Service advisor contacted roadside assistance, who called me within 10 minutes and had a truck to me 10 minutes afterwards to mount spare. Service advisor had repair tech available 15 minutes later when I drive to the dealership and my tire was repaired and mounted about 45 minutes later.
