I spoke to a girl to set up my oil change they didn’t have a record of the beside that I had issue with my break. I was sent inside to Ruby’s desk and she told me to take a seat as wait while she type have a record of the beside that I had issue with my break. I was sent inside to Ruby’s desk and she told me to take a seat as wait while she typed. That was rude. She didn’t like it when I refused to do my second year service and grab the paper and make this easier and trashed. Rude don’t get upset it my car and I can service it when I want to if I called for an oil change the do that oil change. Don’t get aggressive when I say no and make faces at me will never come back to this dealership again! More
