Horrible service, I had bought a Jaguar Autobiography from this dealer for my wife and 1.5 months after the rear axel started having issues. I took it to them for repair sense I had extended warranty. 6 from this dealer for my wife and 1.5 months after the rear axel started having issues. I took it to them for repair sense I had extended warranty. 6 weeks later my car was still NOT fixed. I can not express how horrible my experience. 6 weeks later they ask to hold it for another week as they didn't realize they needed to order another part and ask to hold another week or so. I couldn't take it no more. I went and picked up the car and will have another dealer ship complete the repair. 6 weeks in and I got a car back with a bunch of failing errors!!! terrible I will be calling my warranty provider tomorrow and notifying them of what happened for them to not close the claim. More

Alex in sales is excellent at his job great follow through...I’ll buy my next one from him....service is very responsive. Had issues with my Discovery Sport .. it took them 3 weeks to resolve it , bu through...I’ll buy my next one from him....service is very responsive.
