For some reason, we could never get good communication from Jaguar. Multiple times I had to go down to the dealership because I couldn't get a call back on our service appointment. They saw our Volvo and from Jaguar. Multiple times I had to go down to the dealership because I couldn't get a call back on our service appointment. They saw our Volvo and then didn't tell us if they had ordered the part, when to come in, and they didn't answer phone calls or email. Really disappointed with the level of service and professionalism. When they replaced a part in our seat, they left the stuffing showing so you could tell everything had been pulled out. More
