I've purchased / leased many vehicles in my lifetime and never have I encountered such amazing General Manager and Sales Consultant like Matt Taneja and Michal Niezbecki. From the moment my husband and I walked in we were greeted with a warm smile and a great welcome and introduction by Matt. Instantly we felt we where in the right place to select our next vehicle. Matt was amazing! We had called ahead to express interest on a car they had and he had it ready for us to view in the front. He took his time explaining and educated us in all the features and extras the vehicle had, answered all of our questions, and made us feel like part of a family. He presented other options to consider and we ended up Leasing a car that had just come in that day. Michal came over to introduce himself and sat with us to go over options and lease structure. I was very impressed with Michal and his ability to engage his customers and offered up unsolicited GREAT advice. He was amazing! I've never had a General Manager provide great customer service and go above and beyond the call of duty. Morgan Richards from Finance was awesome! Go Bulls! Jeff Joiner was the most patient and knowledgable Sales Manager I've worked with. I can go on and on about our great experience at Crown Jaguar Land Rover St. Petersburg, however, I would recommend experiencing for yourself and ask for these amazing, professional, and friendly gentlemen.
