The service department does decent but the dealership lacks the charm expected from a high end dealership. They could leRn a few things from Lexus of Clearwater. Like if you need a loaner car, have a luxury loaner availabile . Do not send the customer to Enterprise and have the customer pay for a rental car. Build a nice service area lounge for customers and the service team. More

The Sales Manager, Dain Carlson, did a good job of working the numbers to get the deal done. Love the car so far and would highly recommend Crown Jaguar if you are looking for a luxury vehicle. More

AC issue I was not getting cool air in my Jaguar XF. It turned out there was a valve in the compressor that was malfunctioning. Most service organizations wo I was not getting cool air in my Jaguar XF. It turned out there was a valve in the compressor that was malfunctioning. Most service organizations would have recommended replacing the compressor at more than twice the cost but Richard recommended just replacing the valve inside the compressor. A service loaner was arranged and my car was ready the next day, cleaned and washed . It has been operating beautifully since. This is the second time this year that I have experienced this type of service with Crown and Richard. I will not hesitate to take the car there for any other issues. The service provided is both honest and efficient. More
