This exploring turned buying experience was as a result of a great product and finding the style I was looking for. Matt Taneja was our first contact when he greeted my son and I in the car lot. His personality and charm is unbelievable. Matt explained all features and was instrumental in finding the car I was looking for, instead of the experience I had with other dealers, trying to sell me what they wanted me to buy. After some hiccups on my part, Rob Wilson put it all together after offering some options. Not once, did Matt or Rob make me feel that my business was not worth pursuing. I am very excited with my new purchase of the XE 35T Premium. 2 days later, Tristan Smith came to my home on a Saturday and gave me a complete tutorial of all the fine features, and set up my phone, emergency call and garage opener. Now I feel comfortable to get on the road and get acquainted with my new baby. I can't stop talking to my family and friends about their great service. You won't find a better salesperson or dealership than Crown Let me begin my review by giving a few background notes... I came in knowing that I wasn't in the best negotiating position (upside down on a lease) Let me begin my review by giving a few background notes... I came in knowing that I wasn't in the best negotiating position (upside down on a lease) I knew what I was trying to do, but not how it could or would be accomplished. I knew that AFTER I'd be able to do this--things would improve--but it was finding a dealer that also cared enough to help me to get into that position.... Herein enters Matt Taneja and Crown Jaguar in St. Pete. Aside from it being amazingly convenient---it has a great selection of cars and I found Matt at my convenience via the online tool for inquiries on a new car. Matt made every effort to make this experience not just amazing, but efficient, accommodating and one where I didn't feel bad to be in the position I was in. He went out of his way (I can't count the times, neither could he I'm sure) to ensure that he was going to find a resolution that would be good--and even when we had some challenges (remember, its' the banks that cause the mess--I know, I worked for them!) he kept optimistic and let me understand that Crown has amazing business personnel and Jaguar has the best people--that could and would (and DID) want to make this work out. It did. Sure I would have loved a 0% rate, really cheap payment and an insurance cost decrease, but lets just say that they did an amazing job and I am so very happy and appreciative of not only how they went out of their way, but so positively and happily in doing so. They truly value the relationship, not the sale, and they reflect that in how they do their business. The follow up, the after care and the continued relationship will be one to follow in the coming days, weeks, months and years--and yet I am convinced that they have this part of the relationship nailed down. I've had calls, texts and even some surprises to let me know they appreciate ME, my business and value the relationship we have built. And that's exactly what it is==from day 1 with Matt, a friendship and relationship that will truly be one to grow on! If I can refer any Jaguar enthusiast that wants a Jaguar to Matt, I will certainly will. Because I cannot underestimate the genuine enthusiasm and kindness (and dare I not forget to add PATIENCE!) Service is great. Putting me in a rental car sucks!!! I have no problem with the service I receive at Crown Jaguar. I do have a problem being put in a rental car that barely makes it down the road. I paid big bucks for my XJ and I expect to be driving a Jaguar or something similar as a loaner when I have my vehicle serviced. I would ask Crown Jaguar to increase the number of loaners on hand to resolve this problem. More
NO bait and switch When I first contacted Crown Jaguar on August the 3rd I had the pleasure of speaking and working with Ginger Falls in regards to a F-type Jaguar in Ca When I first contacted Crown Jaguar on August the 3rd I had the pleasure of speaking and working with Ginger Falls in regards to a F-type Jaguar in Caldera Red. The prices quoted me sounded too good to be true. Having been at other dealerships here on the East coast of Florida where I live and getting prices from various dealerships about the F-type non of those prices were close. When I brought that to their attention they all warned me that the prices at Crown could not be true. Needless to say I was concerned as did not want to make a 4 plus hour drive only to find that I had been misled. The calls and text messages between Ginger Falls and myself continued till we found all the right details in my future car. My concerns and doubts about the price was put to rest after Michal Niezecki spoke with me and put it in writing that the price quoted was for real. On August 22nd we made the drive and YES Crown Jaguar , GM Michal Niezecki and Ginger Falls are for real the prices are just as quoted.
