Brought my F-Pace in for service to have the InControl software updated. Loved the update but when I had to drop my husband off a few days later, I let them know there seemed to be features that were not software updated. Loved the update but when I had to drop my husband off a few days later, I let them know there seemed to be features that were not working. It was just shy of closing on a Friday and instead of having me wait and come back the following week, Claude (Tech) and Talon (Service Specialist) asked if I could wait about 20 minutes and they would take care of it. Approx 20 minutes later, I was on my way after they explained what had happened and how they fixed it. It worked great after that. Thank you to Talon and Claude for their excellence in customer service. More
