Knowledgeable and Super Helpful I just leased my second Jaguar F-Type coupe at this dealership and from start to finish, everyone was so kind and helpful! I am actually in the Orlando area but they did not have any F-Type coupes available. I found this dealership online and was surprised to find the general manager Michal Niezbecki had his actual cell phone number on their website. I thought that was unusual, but great. I was able to text him directly and he was so helpful in providing information and options on the new F-Type coupes.. He said he would put me in touch with one of his product specialists at the dealership. When I arrived, Ryan Bangtson greeted me warmly, by name, when I entered the dealership. That is excellent customer service! He showed me two vehicles I had my eye on and was very knowledgeable with regard to all the new features and was so patient with me when I struggles to decide on a color. He helped me weigh my options and got me into a lease payment that worked well with my budget. The finance director, Joseph Sobczak, was also very friendly and professional. He patiently explained all of the forms to me before I signed them and while he pitched the upgraded coverage plans I did not feel pressured to accept them. He explained the benefits of each of them but did not press me when I said pass. While I spent quite a few hours here waiting for the process to complete, there was a computer issue etc, it is a very comfortable atmosphere at the dealership, various comfortable waiting areas with complimentary beverages, chill music, good air conditioning, and free wifi. Other employees at the dealership checked on me from time to time, offered water, etc. I would highly recommend purchasing or leasing your next vehicle at this dealership. Everyone seemed super nice!
