I have now purchased my second Jaguar XF from Crown Jaguar within the last 10 months. The Crown Jaguar team was excellent during my first purchase but Dakota Bennett made my second purchase an amazing Jaguar within the last 10 months. Out of State Buyer I live out of State and found a Diesel 2018 Range Rover online. I filled out the information and Christopher "Chris" Rykaczewski called me immediatel I live out of State and found a Diesel 2018 Range Rover online. I filled out the information and Christopher "Chris" Rykaczewski called me immediately. He was great and very patient with me as I was nervous to purchase a car sight unseen. He allowed me to facetime him to view the car and answered all my questions. When I arrived at the airport he picked me up, brought me to the dealership and help make the process as easy as possible. When my wire didn't arrive in time I had to stay the night in FL. Christopher "Chris" Rykaczewski set me up with a loaner vehicle, gave me suggestions on where to stay and recommendations for food. My wire came through the next morning and off I went. Christopher "Chris" Rykaczewski followed up more than once to make sure the purchase was the perfect one. Gary Sunley and his team move mountains! We thought the entire weekend was a bust but we took a chance and drove the hour and 1/2 to Jaguar Land Rover St Petersburg making it just before clos We thought the entire weekend was a bust but we took a chance and drove the hour and 1/2 to Jaguar Land Rover St Petersburg making it just before close ... on a FRIDAY o_O - Gary Sunley greeted me and patently listened to me squeal in panic and word vomit my entire car journey. Gary went to retrieve some tools and started to work on my issue immediately. Meanwhile I’m checking out Jag gear, my two small dogs are galloping through the new car area and my husband was making and Espresso and snacking on the free snacks. Classy family let me tell you. Gary informed is that they didn’t have the part we needed in stock- I’m sure he saw the panic return to my face and quickly found a solution. The family was packed up and back on the road in no time with new Jag gear that I purchased with Matheus Covas Almeida while my husband was distracted. Quick thanks to Lynda Mattingly whom had a bad sinus infection but was perky and super sweet . Thank you so much Gary Sunley for putting the care back into customer service. I’m pretty sure I’m not going back to the Orlando location after this impressive experience. More

One word for Gerardo!!! Fabulous! He is so Attentive and he knows his stuff. He makes you feel like you are the most important person and he goes beyond his call of service to explain how things should go a he knows his stuff. I just recently leased a car from Jaquar and my sales guy! Nate was amazing to the beginning to the end. Mike the GM was fantastic to work with and Joseph the Finance Manager was great.
