Gary Pridgeon listened and helped me learn the portfolio, eventually finding the cars that best fit our needs and personality. He handled plenty of test rides and didn't push what we didn't want. Steve in management was straight and made a good first offer speaking a language we could understand. Nick in finance was efficient and offered useful information. In the end they made sure we left with the car polished and have continued to be helpful in teaching us how to get the most of the features. The car performs as expected delivering an overall excellent experience. More

Great experience all round Very positive experience with this dealership. Went in to test drive the new (and very much in-demand) F-pace. It ended up being a bit more car than I wanted at this point. Worked with Will. Nice, kind, low-key and patient. Next time I went in it was to test drive an Audi Q5 they had on the lot as a trade-in. I'd done my research on the car. This time worked with Sam, another extremely knowledgable and helpful guy. Both salesmen were low key, low pressure, and patient - just what you look for in the experience of buying a car. I did my comparison research and test drives of other vehicles, and decided to purchase the Audi Q5. Went in for a repeat visit, negotiated a price that was fair to both parties, completed the paperwork and drove away same day in a freshly washed, already detailed car. Again, no hard sell for extras, and very helpful people throughout the process and in the finance office as we paid. Now a word about the GM, Chris Smith, who had said a friendly hello to me on my first visit in there. As I drove home in the vehicle, I noticed a small chip in the windshield that I hadn't seen before. Turned around and drove back, and was personally assured by Chris Smith that all I had to do was call him, and he'd have it fixed. This is service with a smile, all the way round. Can't recommend them highly enough. Buying a car is time consuming and can be stressful at the wrong dealerships. This is one of the right dealerships, both for Jaguar and Land Rovers, and for the other top drawer cars they often have on their lot as trade-ins. Nice people, low key, low stress experience, fair prices and good treatment. I'd recommend them to everyone, and indeed, just shared my experience with my neighbor who's headed there next week. More

The Sales Representative Gary Pridgeon went out of his way to demo the car for us. I sat down with Chris Smith the General Manager who was friendly, professional and straight forward. We came to an agreed upon number within less than 5 minutes. What I enjoyed in the negotiations was the direct, no non sense approach. Too many dealerships have you waiting for hours while the sales person shuttles between their office and the managers office. Not the case at Coleman. When I came back to the dealership to take delivery, Gary was waiting and went over the appearance of the car to show me it was fully cleaned and detailed. He was excited as we were about getting the Jaguar. I was turned over to Andrew their tech guy who showed me the basic features and offered to come to my home or office in a few weeks to answer any questions. So far my experience has been very positive. More

First time buying a luxury vehicle was as painless as can be I purchased a new 2014 Range Rover Evoque in May. I had never purchased a luxury car before, but once I saw the Evoque, I knew it was my next car. I purchased a new 2014 Range Rover Evoque in May. I had never purchased a luxury car before, but once I saw the Evoque, I knew it was my next car. Before I even contacted a dealer, I did a lot of research online and narrowed down the specific options for which I was looking. I then contacted nearly 30 Land Rover dealerships from Virginia to New York. because I was willing to drive if it meant getting the best price. Not only was Jerry Cave at West Columbia the very first to get back to me on my initial inquiry, he was also eager to find me the car I would want. As I mentioned, I was very picky on the options I needed but this was no problem for Jerry at all. Even though they did not have the specific car on the lot, he was able to quickly locate it at another dealership and place it on hold for me while we worked out the price. Other dealers wasted time trying to persuade me to buy from their inventory while Jerry was interested in selling me the car that would make me happy. Even better, I was able to handle all of the negotiations over the phone and email, so I never had to make wasted trips to the dealer. Jerry responded to every inquiry, going so far as to send me pictures of window stickers so that I could verify included options. Once we had a deal, I finally drove over to the dealership and it was just a matter of paperwork. The entire process was remarkably easy. When there was an unfortunate delay in shipping my car from the other dealership (due to no fault of West Columbia), Jerry and Chris Smith went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and to leave me a very satisfied customer. P.S. The Evoque is wonderful, of course. But this is a review of the dealer, and anyway of course the Evoque is great! Just look at it! More
