Horrible. Had my vehicle for 2 weeks and service never called me to let me know what was going on. I had to call them and when I showed up to pick up my car th Had my vehicle for 2 weeks and service never called me to let me know what was going on. I had to call them and when I showed up to pick up my car the advisor made me wait :30 minutes. Then a different person wrote me up. They got a lot of work to do in that service department. I spent $3000 and had the worst experience I’ve ever had and they wonder why people don’t take their vehicles to the dealership for service. i’ll definitely be looking for an aftermarket service department elsewhere in the Saratoga area More

Very accommodating staff. They understood my situation and were able to keep me in a loaner for the duration of the maintenance. Too notch customer service in my opinion.
