The employees were friendly and straightforward. My only gripe is the lack of communication on why we had to wait over an hour for our Credit approval to be processed. Instead I was treated as if the bank and the person going over my approval were having some sort of secret conversation behind closed doors. I wasn’t invited into the room until after the approval. A bit shady if you ask me. Other than that, the pushiness of the extra warranties was a bit overwhelming. I purposefully underdressed in an old T-shirt and dirty shoes to see if that would affect how I was greeted. Let’s just say the stereotypes are true in that regard. I didn’t feel like I was taken seriously until after my approval. More
