Have called 3 times to Jake Sweeney Jeep service and left messages asking for call back. Most recent was today, 7/21/21. You have had the vehicle since 7/13/21 and have not had the fore thought just to call and tell us the status of the warranty repair even after leaving 3 messages on 3 different days. I am leaving this response because Mr. Engle and Ms. Kelly chose not respond to any voicemails left them. This is the only contact from Jake Sweeney since this ordeal has started. Give me a name of someone that will either answer their phone or respond to their voicemails and I will be delighted to talk to them.
