When I was contacted by Ryan via e-mail I had searched on the internet for a Fiat 500X. I found one that I liked in white at Jake Sweeney Florence. When I was contacted by Ryan via e-mail, he was very helpful and provided a lot of information so I decided to visit the dealership. Upon meeting Ryan, he totally put me at ease and had the specific vehicle I had seen ready to test drive. Once I drove the 500X I loved it but was still unsure. Ryan answered my follow-up questions but, amazingly, put absolutely no pressure on me to decide at that moment. I had never experienced such wonderful customer service at a car dealership before.
