Had my car towed in prior to appt because it chewed up the belt & even appt day they didnt look at it.Next day with pressure I got anwers but not until late in the day. The belt tensioner went bad again(fixed by Jake Sweeney Oh) after only 3 months. They wanted to know how I was going to get it to the other Jake for warranty. In the end after talking to both companies Jake Sweeney Ohio had ut towed to them at their expense not mine. Where it was fixed the next business day..The part was bad when it was put on but no one could tell. I now know that I will not deal with KIA anymore. Jake Sweeney Oh is a far drive but they at least look at my car within a day of it getting towed in. Then try to fix it that day or the mext depending om the issue. KIA had it 3 days and said maybe they would look at it the day before my appt but didnt..Im not happy that they wanted me to pay the tow to Ohio. Not going back. Ill drive the fourty minutes to Oh. More

Staff was courteous and attentive. I was finished long before the estimated time I was given. Waiting area was clean, snack & drink area was clean. Chairs are some of the most uncomfor I was finished long before the estimated time I was given. Waiting area was clean, snack & drink area was clean. Chairs are some of the most uncomfortable ever. TV was on a neutral channel which was appreciated. My technician was polite and very helpful. He was kind even when I asked at the last minute for a window wiper. Really no complaints. The most disappointing thing was I didn’t get the complimentary car wash as I left. I always thought that was a nice touch and as I always told my friends who asked about my car, it was a nice feather in your cap. More

The service department replaced engine on 2014 KIA Sorento. Vehicle was authorized to repair Oct. 2023 by a third party warranty company and the engine replacement took the service department 21 month Sorento. Vehicle was authorized to repair Oct. 2023 by a third party warranty company and the engine replacement took the service department 21 months to complete, they did not replace serpentine belt after vehicle sat on the lot for 21 months and did not place a call to me asking if I would like the serpentine belt changed. After receiving vehicle, I was forced to replace a tire and other misc. items due to vehicle sitting for a long period of time. I then replaced 2 quarts of transmission fluid because the service department claims they did not touch transmission or lines that connect engine to transmission when they replaced the ENGINE. Too many assumptions, poor communication skills, no accountability and poor customer service, among other items. They will not respond to calls or messages. I do not know how the buying experience is here but my experience with the service department was a 21 month nightmare. If anyone has a 3.3L V6 engine in a Kia. Good luck! More
