Amazing Service I had to find a car in a hurry. I was in an accident and I knew my car was going to be totalled. I went to Jake Sweeney to find a car. I was able to w I had to find a car in a hurry. I was in an accident and I knew my car was going to be totalled. I went to Jake Sweeney to find a car. I was able to walk around first before being pounced on by salesmen. When James finally walked up he was not pushy at all. I let him know I wanted and SUV as I previously was driving and Equinox since 2005 and I loved it. He asked if I had any specifics I was looking for and my only one was it had to be AWD. He found me a 2015 Black Equinox that I drove and fell in love with. James explained all my options to me and he even held the car for me as I waited for my insurance company to get back to me. Once I heard from my insurance company I call him and let him know I would be up to get the car. My mom and I went so she could ask her questions. I ended up that day with a 2015 Equinox that I love. James took great care of me and explained everything to me as we went along with signing papers. He even let the Financial Department know if my budget so they could find the best rates for me.
