Best car buying experience ever! We found the car we wanted online but it was not a complete listing yet, only year and mileage. Since this was the type of car we wanted, we called a We found the car we wanted online but it was not a complete listing yet, only year and mileage. Since this was the type of car we wanted, we called and spoke with Dustin. He was very helpful in finding information on the car and had to go find it on the lot to give us details and even sent us pictures. We are located in Louisville and were totally fine with driving a couple hours for the care we wanted. After talking with Dustin and seeing the pictures he worked with us to get the price we wanted on the car. We put a hold on it and planned to drive up a few days later. We had a hiccup with our financing since our bank would be closed on the weekend and Dustin worked with them to get the needed info so we would be able to purchase the car on a Saturday. We drove the almost two hours to the car lot. After finally meeting Dustin his great attitude and work ethic were even more apparent then over the phone. We inspected the car and test drove it and decided we wanted to buy it. Dustin worked with us on all the paper work and got us taken care of quickly. We drove the car home and have loved it ever since. Dustin followed up with a a couple times just to make sure we were happy and had no issues. I hope that the next time I am looking for a car the experience is this good. I hope Dustin has the type of car I'm looking for because I would buy from him again in a second! More
