Great place for oil changes First off, the dealership has a very easy to access quick service center. So far, I haven't seen any other FCA dealership with this. The oil changes and tire rotations are done right there at the lane. No waiting for a porter to drive your car back and you can keep an eye on it the whole time. Second, great price for full synthetic oil changes for the 5.7 HEMI. 59 dollars plus tax. That's the best price I've seen without a coupon in this area. And finally, the "no nonsense" approach is refreshing. No one tried to upsell me and they even offered to clean out my aftermarket oil catch can. This is the first place to ever offer that. I will be going back for future oil changes. More

I came for an oil change on a Saturday before 9am and 1 bay was closed, with 2 employees working and a woman at a podium doing some paperwork. I was told there would be a 2.5 hr wait and was not given an option to schedule one. I came back Monday morning at 7:40am and had to wait 1.5 hr as again only 1 bay was open with only 1 person working. I requested changing my wiper blades which they did not do, and even checked off on the multi point checklist that my wipers were fine. More
