Called with questions about my bill. I did not speak with Steve I spoke with a parts person. I asked about what I thought was a Diagnosis charge the gentleman set the phone down and as I did not speak with Steve I spoke with a parts person. Steve proceeded to tare into the gentleman I am assuming this was based on his frustration with my question. The Parts guys came back and explained there wasn't a Diag charge. I then asked what the Labor rate of the shop was he didn't know so he went back to Steve who again tore into the Young Man. He picked the phone back up and told me the labor rate I checked what I was charged and was fine with it. 1- The parts guy should have put the phone on hold. 2- Steve should have taken the phone call and not gone off on the parts guy. 3- The gentleman that answered the phone is in need of better training however if the training was done by Steve I can understand why it is lacking. 4- Had I been caller from Chrysler and heard the way Steve reacted to this situation I would have been at the dealership the following Monday. I was led to believe I won a large screen TV only to find out I didn't win a tv but was given a $5 bill for stopping by. I spent $15 in gas driving the 40 minutes up and back. I have purchased a vehicle there in the past but will NEVER do so again. I will also let anyone who will listen know of there deceptive practices. I read that flyer front and back and it assures you are a "guaranteed winner" with a 1 and 65k chance of winning the tv but hidden in the address block is a line with a different number showing you actual prize level. In most cases this is probably $5. I went into this figuring there was a catch but open minded that maybe I just got lucky. In the end it would have been better for them to be honest and up front. By pulling this massive bait and switch they have only made sure I will never buy a vehicle from them. More

After going through all their xxxx and having to make an appointment to claim my prize, I wasted all my time and gas in getting there only to find out they scammed me out of my TV and said I won a cheap xxx $5 Walmart Gift Card. I was so Pissed Off I let them know (in front of their other customers) that they were a big scam and ripoff! I am going to go through the N.Y. State Attorneys Office, the B.B.B. and whatever other organization I can find, to report these xxxxxxxx. I am hoping they get a very huge fine for their dishonest business practices. I want to also have a class action lawsuit started against this place. don't ever buy a vehicle from these crooked xxxxxxxx because they will 100% rip you off! I forgot to mention, When I first got there, there was 3 or 4 of the (salesmen) Vultures waiting outside by the customer parking lot ready to pounce on me as soon as I got out of my vehicle. I just rolled my eyes and thought in my head how much I hate these salesmen, and how I never in my life met an Honest one. They actually turn my stomach and make me sick. I didn't see a picture of the saleman that I saw so I had to select other salespeople just to let the system enter my review.
