While on vacation in Florida we bought a 5th wheel for our retirement. We needed the right truck to pull it. We knew exactly what we wanted and Peter Koch had it. My few trips to the service department have been very positive as well. They are very accomodating and try to make it as convenient as possible when my car needs service. The repair bills have been reasonable, and I am confident in the Service Mangers assessment of the work that needed to be done and why. Melissa and Bobby were nothing short of amazing in helping me purchase my Chevy Malibu. For both of us, they offered to have the vehicles driven out here so we could look at them before purchasing since out schedules were not conducive to making it out there. Neither my fiance or I had the best situation in purchasing a vehicle, she was trading 2 vehicles she was upside down in, and my credit history, but they both worked everything they could to get us vehicles. From the first inquiry into the 2009 Town and Country to the last e-mail regarding my Malibu, Melissa was extremely courteous, helpful, and quick to check if we needed anything.
