I live in Mass, approximately 6 hours from Peter Koch's dealership. I found the van I was looking for there and spoke to Jason Leone (sales person) many times on the phone about it. I sent a relative to check it out and take it for a test drive. Once I received positive feedback, I called Jason to do the deal over the phone. He overnighted all the documents to me, I signed them and overnighted them back. 2 days later I drove to NY to pick up the van and found it to be exactly as described by Jason over the phone. He told me the truth about all the imperfections that he found (minor scratches and the like) and I couldn't find anything else wrong with the vehicle. I was very impressed that I was not lied to about anything on the vehicle. I would highly recomend Peter Koch Chrysler and specifically Jason Leone as a sales person. It would have been very easy for Jason to lie to me being that I was 6 hours away, so it was refreshing to find the vehicle exactly as described. More

We had just gotten out of a bankruptcy so financing was difficult. Amanda researched several different options in order to find a vehicle that we were happy with and that was in our price range. She went so far as to go online and look at dealers as far away as 200 miles to try to find us a vehicle. She checked websites and looked at other dealerships to see if they had what we were looking for. We had a vehicle to trade in but it was unregistered so we were unable to bring it in for an appraisal for trade in value. They came out and took pictures and allowed us to use a dealer plate to bring it in. The price of the vehicle after all of the rebates was exceptional. We were able to get our payment directly in the range we wanted. Amanda worked with the sales manager and the finance manager for several days trying to find a credit company willing to finance us. At delivery time there were several questions we had as we had not purchased a new vehicle in years and the paperwork was lengthy. Amanda was able to answer each question and on a couple that we were still confused on she had Eddie, another sales associate re-explain it to us so there was nothing left unexplained. Both she and Eddie we helpful throughout the process. I called today to make an appointment for our first oill change and was given an appt. for the day and time I wanted. I was even given where on their website to go for a coupon for the service. Overall I was exceptionally pleased with both Amanda and the dealership. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Especially if they are looking for someone who is willing to go the extra mile to help them find exactly the vehicle they are looking for. I love my new Grand Caravan. More

I was ready to buy and he suggested I look at a new leftover 2007 300. Comparing the two, the price for the new 2007 wasn't much more than the Hemi---- He let me make the decision and I decided on the 2007. Very happy with the vehicle. A few months later, I was in the market for a newer truck. I again went to Peter Koch and asked for Fred. He said he had two Rams that fit what I wanted. He drove the truck more than half way to my house to let me look at it as I live 70 + miles from the dealership. Again, he let the low milage truck sell itself. I bought it. The whole process for both transactions were seamless. I would recommend Fred and Peter Kock to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle or an upgrade. Be sure to put them on your list of dealerships to stop at and compare when you are in the market!! A++++ all the way! More

I bought a used 2005 Pacifica in November of 2008. The car was in good condition, low mileage and priced right. Car was prepped properly and ready for delivery when they said it would be. That is important to me as I am a salesman on the road and if my car is tied up, I can't make sales.
