Hello Mr. Wagner, I've just read your review and I immediately contacted my service director Virginia Payne. Please give me a couple hours to review this with her. Hello Emily, our shop foreman Jeff Hill called and left messages, after receiving no response from calling your phone number. Since we don't use Dealerrater I could not respond earlier. Dealerrater is not a website we check or had an account with, sorry for my the late response (I just signed up to contact you). We would like to help you, please contact either Mr. Hill or Virginia Payne (service director). Sometimes, check engine lights will come on, and then go off, we only repaired your transmission, that shouldn't have caused the check engine light activation. Most check engine light activations are related to engine or emission control sensors, but what ever it is, we would certainly like to find out what is going on. Best Regards, James Collins.
