I had a very large problem with the lifters in my Silverado and GM wasn't really trying to help because my truck was out of warranty by just under 5,000 miles. The team of managers and staff went to Silverado and GM wasn't really trying to help because my truck was out of warranty by just under 5,000 miles. The team of managers and staff went to my defense because I maintained my vehicle like the factory recommends. They got GM to cover the fair share of the repair. Poor communication throughout the entire process. Did not respond to voicemails/text when asking questions. Vehicle was returned with a ton of dust, mechanic hand/foot prints all over the vehicle and scratches on both fender and bumper. Very disappointed in the level of service I received and will not be returning to this dealership. More
