I had an online email from GMC. They wouldn’t let me use it… 20% off accessories at a certain $$ I bought step rails for my 23 AT4X. That was $1200. I showed them the coupon. They wouldn’t honor it. 1 day later I get a flyer in the mail for 10% off. They “gave” me the balance on my tires w the rotation and oil change that was owed to me as it was part of the purchase.
