Quite impressed! Brought car in for an interior noise at 10 am and by 4 pm they had found, fixed and had my car ready to go. I am impressed. The service managers are great. The technician that installed my new steering wheel was able to do it in less time that projected. However, the scheduling portion of the service department needs improvement. I was notified by CARFAX that the replacement part had made the recall list. However, the scheduling department was very terse. When i received a letter from Buick that the part was available, I still had to wait for a postcard from James Wood, before I could try to schedule a time. Then,I had to call the scheduling department four times. I tried to talk to a specific service manager. However, the person directing calls sent me to the scheduling department. More
The dealership has no sense of urgency to get your vehicle repaired. I waited 2 months for a diagnosis. And another 2 weeks for a repair. They provided no loaner vehicle despite my car being under war vehicle repaired. I waited 2 months for a diagnosis. And another 2 weeks for a repair. They provided no loaner vehicle despite my car being under warranty. This caused me to miss work multiple times while I tried to get a vehicle. 0/10 customer service. My customer service rep Gavin was decently helpful with providing updates. Other than that the customer service was terrible. More
