The mechanics did an excellent job. the car loan department the attendant was polite. But the vehicle I was issued was a high mileage junker with malfunctioning end gate that would ope the car loan department the attendant was polite. The drivers side front door lock was broken so I couldn't secure the vehicle. The vehicle had over 197,700 miles on it. And it took 2 weeks to get a loaner vehicle. More

I needed a replacement tailgate on a 2000 4x4 K3500 truck. Mark Sanders helped me every step of the way by promptly providing me with an estimate. Then he ordered the tailgate and had it painted. I was assigned a service advisor (Kyle) and he took care of me while I was there. I was advised of a software update as well for my Corvette that would take about 45 mins, that wasn't even showing on the MyChevrolet app, so I was glad to have everything up to date.
