Jennifer made the process so easy and fast. I dropped off my car and was there maybe 15 minutes and they took care of the rest. They communicated with my insurance and took care of all payment I dropped off my car and was there maybe 15 minutes and they took care of the rest. Clayton Estes was fantastic, helped me find the right truck and we were able to take care of most of the buying process before I even set foot at the dealership. Once we went over the last details, he r truck and we were able to take care of most of the buying process before I even set foot at the dealership. Once we went over the last details, he ran me through the functions of the truck and helped me set on the technology, no high pressure sales, just a good down to earth guy, but really knowledgeable and professional. Ruben in finance was also really helpful and thorough getting the financing handled, he made it very easy and was great to work with as well. More

Customer service is very nice and informative. They do not do anything without consulting you first, so no surprise fees or charges. For context, there was no reason to think anything was wrong with them, I just had not changed them since buying the car 4 years ago. More
