2 hours and 20 minutes for an oil change seems a bit excessive since I made an appointment a week in advance. On the day I chose the have our Equinox serviced I was not able to be one of the first in line - I did not get there until after 9:00am. Zack Rhine let me know the wait would be long and offered to get m not able to be one of the first in line - I did not get there until after 9:00am. I just went for an oil change but thought the dealership was going to be a better choice than a quick lube place. I was treated the same as if I went to a lesser priced lube shop.
