If I could give a review with no stars I would. Please learn from our mistake with this dealership. When you call and set an appointment with someone and they “give you their cell number” so that y Please learn from our mistake with this dealership. When you call and set an appointment with someone and they “give you their cell number” so that you can text…YOU ARE NOT TEXTING A REAL PERSON. And we learned the hard way. 3 hour one way drive to look at a specific vehicle they were holding for us. Texted to let them know we were leaving and to check they still had the vehicle. They did! Said they were going to see us at the time! Texted when we were 15 minutes out… STILL GOT A TEXT ALL WAS GOOD!!!!! Then walked in… the person we thought we were texting “doesn’t work in this department. He is in our sales development department but I can look it up and help you” Normally when an appointment is made the vehicle is there waiting at that time. It wasn’t. Told us they had other vehicles… We were offered NOTHING in compensation. Texted after we left about our disappointment and it was an AI response. Repeatedly! BEWARE OF WHAT THEY SAY!!! Poor poor customer service!!!! More
