I was overcharged on the paperwork by $6,000 because they hid numbers on my trade. I contacted them in person, and by letter, and received absolutely NO RESPONSE. Spoke in person with Jeremy Martin, and he promised to look into the matter. NOT a single call or email. Sent a letter to Dave Martin and Jeremy Martin by e-mail. NOT a single response. I will continue to spread the word of their absolute neglect in resolving an issue. More
CAUTION ALL COSTUMERS: I called this dealership 3 times to confirm the total price of the vehicle that I saw online. The car was listed for 37k. The people I talked to over the phone confirmed with me the price of the vehicle is exact. I drove 2 hours from Chicago to Wisconsin so I could buy this car. I get there and the cars battery was dead, They had to jump start the car 3 times. Talked to the sales person named Peyton and he added unnecessary fees I’ve never heard of to make sure they match the MSRP price. The total came out to 44k even though they confirmed over the phone 3 times it was 37k. All of their vehicles on their website are under MSRP so they make you think you’re getting a good deal but in reality they are trying to scam you with money and hidden costs. I have 3 KIA vehicles and I have never heard of these extra fees when purchasing a vehicle. Don’t bother wasting your time purchasing a vehicle from this dealer. The manager told me, go where you purchased your first vehicles with attitude. When I was exiting the dealership I heard them making jokes and laugh, what professionalism I received from that dealer. Next day I received phone call from other personal name Ian asking me "how was my experience". When I said my point of view, he hung up on me. This dealership does not care about location reputation, they care on how to screw people over with the military discount, college discount, who knows what other discounts or destination charges or interior warranty after signed contract. They only care getting the most money possible from customers. More

I wanted $4000, would have accepted $3000 and was told there were expenses to be paid to get the car on the lot. We brought the car clean, in good shape and 2’days later I found my car on the website for almost $6000! That is not right and I feel deceived. No wonder car salesmen have a bad reputation. More
