I found the car i wanted and had all ready test driven so i was ready to buy a new car from them but all i wanted was to talk to an actual sales person on the phone and get a simple price proposal and know the details (if i need to finance with kia for that price etc) before i drove the 1.5hr one way to get the car and to be sure their weren't a bunch of crazy fees or anything like that. Their "policy" is to not even let you talk to anyone on the phone other than the person who confirms car availability. SO they force you to come in to even talk any details meaning they plan to get you to fall in love with the car but then tell you you dont qualify for that too good to be true low price they have it online for or ive seen other people say they add thousands of dollars in fees on top. and they think because you made the trip all the way there that youll just say oh well its way more than i thought ill just buy it for the same price or more than literally every other kia dealership out there. SO SKETCHY!!!!! When i said i wanted to talk to a salesperson on the phone before making the drive there i was told "MAYBE A LOCAL DEALERSHIP WOULD BE BETTER FOR YOU" and when i said i would make the drive all the way out there just to talk to this person LIZETH FERNANDEZ's manager and tell them her rudeness lost their dealership a $50,000+ car sale she said "yes please I think that would be a good idea". I absolutely cannot believe a company trying to sell people cars of all things would treat people this badly. Also they have 5 of the same make and trim of vehicles i wanted to buy and 8 total of this make... not like its a hard vehicle to find. RUN AWAY FROM JANEVILLE KIA!!!!!! they prey off people that are not experienced car buyers. I would buy fromBOUCHER RACINE KIA and LUPIENT KIA of mke any day over this terrible dealership. More

My daughter had just moved to the Janesville area. She has been having trouble with her car stalling out and loosing power. We have spent time and money trying to figure out the problem. I got a call from her and she was upset as she couldn't get to work because her car was stalled out on the highway and it wouldn't start. She called for a tow truck as I called Janesville Kia. The service department answered the phone right away. They gave me the ok to drop the car off and assured me they would look at it right away in the morning. This was awesome! Edgar was the person that helped us on the phone. The Communication we got from him was awesome. I developed a trust right away and sensed he was there to help my daughter. They even got to look at the car after 6pm and continued in the morning. I think by noon they had figured out the problem. Very appreciative for the work they did.
