I’ve worked with Dave in the past when I bought my car, I would say he’s nice & easy to work with, however he’s a mumbler & can it can be kind of hard to understand what he’s talking about. Overall a good experience. More

Great Experience! Had just the vehicle I wanted! Didn't feel any pressure to buy and Ismael was a very good guy! He was pretty new but he did a fine job! Had just the vehicle I wanted! Didn't feel any pressure to buy and Ismael was a very good guy! He was pretty new but he did a fine job! More
Make sure you take a photo of the paper they write down the numbers on. It will disappear when you question the numbers on the final paperwork when they don’t add up. Ask them to go over the numbers before the numbers on. It will disappear when you question the numbers on the final paperwork when they don’t add up. Ask them to go over the numbers before you start signing. It’s the second to last page where you’ll find a tire & windshield package that was never discussed. Then the finance guy and the salesman will blame each other adding it in. They pressure you to do same day purchase. More
**DMV Investigation** Our initial experience with Janesville Kia was prompt and professional as we inquired about the vehicle and set up a time to look at it. The vehicle had no pictures on-line, so Janesville Kia was prompt and professional as we inquired about the vehicle and set up a time to look at it. The vehicle had no pictures on-line, so they dealership texted pictures to us, being careful to omit the areas with damage - $2,000.00 worth of damage. Mark was pleasant and forthcoming about his lack of knowledge about our vehicle during the test drive and acknowledged he couldn't answer our questions, differing to the service department for answers. Although the buyer's guide indicated the vehicle had been inspected, the power steering fluid was empty, resulting in detectible issues during the test drive. When we pointed it out, the service tech filled it up and we were allowed a second test drive. Ultimately, we purchased the used the vehicle. Buyer Beware!!! VIN etching is a voluntary added expense, when signing, the paperwork clearly states you do NOT need to purchase the passive anti-theft protection. We were given our paperwork a page at a time and each page was taken away after we signed it so we could not compare the pages side by side. Upon reviewing our copies at home, we found the vehicle price was different on the Purchase Contract and the MV-11 both of which were higher than the advertised price, the taxes reported on the MV-11 were too high, there were (2) differing copies of the MV-11, and our Buyer's Guide was missing. Your negotiated price will not be evident on any of the paperwork. Bring your calculator! We reached out to the dealership multiple times for resolution and got no response. We eventually filed a complaint with the DMV. Upon investigation, the dealership refunded the difference between the advertised price and the price we were charged. The DMV obtained a Buyer's Guide for us (which had a 3rd differing price). The dealership was issued a warning for not selling for the advertised price and for their documents not being accurate. More
