Very boring waiting area. No snacks. Only coffee and tea. I scheduled 2 recalls about 3 weeks out. At the dealer they told me “we MIGHT have the parts to complete it”. Tur No snacks. Sales rep and manager were nice but lied about vehicle features and services. I bought the vehicle with the understanding that it would have remote start as well as Kia Connect services and it did not. Fo features and services. Called ahead to speak with a salesman about the price of a Sportage. Was told the price didn't include tax, title or document fees and settled on a price. I was good with that and asked if there was any mo a Sportage. Was told the price didn't include tax, title or document fees and settled on a price. I was good with that and asked if there was any more surprise "fees" if i was to purchase the vehicle and was told no. We drove 4 hours from Illinois to purchase the vehicle with cash. When we got there, they added a $900 " inspection fee" to the total price of the car. We were told they couldn't remove the fee. I asked the salesman about the previous phone conversation about "extra fees", and he said he couldn't do anything about it, nor could the manager. I feel they knew we drove 4 hours to purchase the car and would pay the extra fee. We did buy the car, but will never purchase from this dealership, nor would recommend. More
Brought in my Kia to get a recall serviced and from the moment I walked in, Edgar was the perfect gentleman. He opened the door, started the check in process and had the service dept begin my recall proces moment I walked in, Edgar was the perfect gentleman. He is definitely the one I like to see at Kia when I have to take my car in. A previous time, he also helped me with a tire. The service dept was quick, efficient and kind. More

Once again, Janesville Kia delivers. I continue to travel to Janesville from Rockford, IL, despite us having our own Kia dealership here. Nathan was persistent in reaching out to me, and I continue to travel to Janesville from Rockford, IL, despite us having our own Kia dealership here. Nathan was persistent in reaching out to me, and showed me the vehicle that I ended up leaving with, upon my (early) arrival to my appointment. I had mentioned that I worked with Mark Vasquez when my wife purchased her vehicle last year, and they were able to have him handle my financing. I can't say enough about Mark. He makes his clients feel comfortable, explains everything thoroughly, and really works hard to provide his customers with top notch service. I couldn't be happier with what I received, the car and the customer service. Janesville Kia never ceases to impress. They'll continue to get my business. For those of you looking, I couldn't recommend Mark Vasquez enough, and Nathan was a great salesman. I didn't have any run-ins with the service department that day; however, they're always pleasant and courteous. Great dealership! More
