After 15 months and 4 dealerships I FINALLY have my new car thanks to Mark V. who worked tirelessly to make sure I had the car I wanted and didn't settle like other dealerships tried to. I didn't appreciate the add on charges, particularly the 400 anti theft charge. Ridiculous. I was livid when I saw it and made it very clear I wouldn't pay it. The salesperson also misrepresented some facts on another make of vehicle I was interested in, I'm guessing so I'd purchase one particular vehicle. I contacted my salesperson less than 24 hours after the sale to ask for a users manual, it was not in the car. There are many features and bells and whistles where a user manual would be great to have. He never responded to me. I guess once the sale was made, he didn't care. Picture the stereotype of a car salesman - that was the salesman I had as well as the Sales Manager. Annoying as xxxx. I will never go back to this dealership. More
