The service advisor was great with her communication and taking notes on the issues with my vehicle. The issue was with the technician staff. Not only did we have to make two appointments for the same issue. The technician that took my vehicle for a test drive really didn't take it for a full drive. When I came to pick up the vehicle, I had the technician drive with me to show him the problem. He then acknowledged the issue that was stated at the beginning, he then asked if I wanted to keep my vehicle there another day to take a look at it. This is very aggravating, not only have I had my vehicle there now twice and kept over night, I will again have to do this for a third time. More
I reached out to Janesville Kia through their website to inquire about their policy in regards to test driving a car without a salesperson. Dave's response completely ignored my question and dove into sales. His dismissive tone was off-putting. When I clarified my query, his response lacked courtesy and helpfulness. When I visited the dealership, Kia's sales approach fell short, with inflated numbers and hidden fees. I had a much better experience across the street at Nissan. Everything from the way they answered my message with courtesy to a more transparent sales approach. Dave really needs to work on his customer service skills. Dave, that really sucked.
