I wanted to give a positive word about my last planned oil change and tire rotation with service advisor Jonathan. Immediately after my showing him my discount coupons on my app he found another one that oil change and tire rotation with service advisor Jonathan. Immediately after my showing him my discount coupons on my app he found another one that further discounted my bill. I had been having an ongoing issue with my 2020 Outback’s heater not regulating down to the set temperature. Jonathan had had the technicians look at it twice before but had not found anything wrong. I mentioned how disappointed I was that the problem had not been resolved. Jonathan suggested that I leave the car with him so he could try various tests and gave me a replacement vehicle to drive. He kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. Never giving up he was finally successful working with corporate to fix the issue! I commend the dealership and Jonathan and will continue to be a loyal customer! More
