I went to the dealership this afternoon to look at some cars. Art approached us in the parking lot and was more than helpful. I am more than pleased adn I even go to pick the color for no extra cost. Art was more than helpful and I would recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone looking for a car. The level of knowledge and his caring attitude made it clear that Jannell Ford is the only dealership worth checking out. Previous to the visit I went to a Chevrolet dealership there best offer was a 2009 cobalt with 35,000 miles on it. I was never rushed or pushed into buying a car. Bobby was my salesman and he spoke with me on the phone several times, over 2-3 weeks, before I was even able to make it into the store. I was very impressed with this car dealer and for me that goes a long way. If a car dealer is rude or pushy and there price is lower I will not buy from them because of their bad customer service.
