After extensive research on different types of vehicles that would suit our needs, and recommendations from a family member, my husband and I decided to visit Jannell Ford. When we arrived, we were greeted by Andy, who was very friendly and helpful. He was happy to answer all of my crazy questions and soon had us test driving the vehicle of our liking. After our test drive, we presented what we thought to be a prohibitive financial situation. We were assured by Andy, that financing would not only be possible, but probable. After speaking with Andy, we then spoke with Ed Clark, who walked us through a few options for our situation. We filled out the appropriate paper work and spoke with Finance Manager, Kathy Mulvehill. We were not only able to be financed, but we received an excellent rate. The combined efforts of Andy, Ed, and Kathy, made what we thought would be a difficult and stressful car shopping experience, a seemingly effortless success. This was my 6th vehicle that we have bought here. Andy Clark was my salesman and he was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable and very laid back, no pressure which sometimes you get from car salesman. I was very impressed with the way Bill and the team at Jannell Ford operate and negotiate. I never felt pressured to make a deal that wasn't right for me. Right away, I was offered a good trade in value that matched what I had found on line for my vehicle and they were able to take the purchase price down a bit with rebates, incentives, etc...so, I never got the sense that I was being low-balled to see if I would bite on a bad deal, which is what I have seen at other dealerships. Kathy in Financing was great. She knows her stuff inside and out. She answers all your questions before you even have to ask. Plus, she can buzz you right thru the paperwork quickly but efficiently. So, overall, a great experience! More

I LOOKED FOR APPROXIMATELY 3 WEEKS FOR A CAR. MY PARAMETERS WERE PRETTY STRAIGHTFORWARD. MORE THAN 6 OTHER DEALERSHIPS PROMISED ME THEY COULD LOCATE THE ESCAPE IN THE RIGHT COLOR WITH ALL THE OPTIO PARAMETERS WERE PRETTY STRAIGHTFORWARD. MORE THAN 6 OTHER DEALERSHIPS PROMISED ME THEY COULD LOCATE THE ESCAPE IN THE RIGHT COLOR WITH ALL THE OPTIONS I WANTED. JANICE WAS ABLE TO FIND ME MY CAR IN ONE HOUR. There was some minor damage that was brought to our attention upon pickup with immediate solutions to remedy the issue. Honestly, we cannot say enough about this local dealership.
