We've been Ford owners for 45 years and a customer of Jarrett Gordon Ford since 2005 when we moved to Florida. We traded/purchased a number of vehicles. Last week the Davenport, Florida their Sales Manag Jarrett Gordon Ford since 2005 when we moved to Florida. We traded/purchased a number of vehicles. Last week the Davenport, Florida their Sales Manager, Dave, made an unexpected trade offer on my former vehicle and we purchased a 2022 Ford Explorer XLT. Our Salesman, Marcos, was extremely knowledgeable, answered all my questions and was very pleasant to work with. The Finance Manager, Einav, was also a pleasure to work with, very knowledgeable and made the whole purchase process much easier and actually Fun! We are very happy with this dealership and how we were treated. Over the years I've recommended them to many friends and acquaintances. I have premium care for my car : 72 months 60,000 miles. when I made the appointment I asked the woman if my turn signal was covered it should be it says lights and turn signal is a light I made the appo when I made the appointment I asked the woman if my turn signal was covered it should be it says lights and turn signal is a light I made the appointment . They took my car changed the oil Called me in to tell the turn signal wasn’t working also told me it wasn’t covered . That I need tires and the price was to high so I had to sign for the work to be done on my car for my turn signal and gave me a bill for the work on the bulb for12.70. And 20.00 dollars labor. Now remember I have the Premium Care.. .I’m glad I did not buy your tires because I saved 325.00 dollars on my tires plus free rotation and roadside warranty and they rebalance my tire every time I go back for them to rotate my tires plus a 70,000 mile warranty I also have an appointment for the tapping in my dash .when I turn on the a/c .they fixed it before!! the shop supervisor said it’s a plastic part that eventually will stop tapping . Would you tolerate that and accept that as an answer? so I Ask the person to set up my appointment in September . The 23 rd I was given. I asked if it was covered he told he doesn’t know I’m wondering if the same thing is going to happen again where they look at it and tell me it’s not covered. it’s been tapping from the day I bought this vehicle. So I paid for the Premium Care Warranty and it doesn’t. Cover anything ?? Awaiting your reply. Thank you David Prokop 08/22/22 More
buenas tardes creo que el servicio por segunda vez me a fallado... primero llevo my vehiculo para servicio de garantia en aire acondicionada tiene el vehiculo por un mes... cuando me lo entregan hago m fallado... primero llevo my vehiculo para servicio de garantia en aire acondicionada tiene el vehiculo por un mes... cuando me lo entregan hago mi co pago deducible primero no le funciona motor window corectamente y2do la alarma de los cinturones seguridad tampoco le indico y la regreso de vuelta al dealer paea que resuelva la situacion pues luego que tienen la guagua por otro mes consecutivo me la entregan pero solo pudieron remplazar el control switch de los crystale y tambien tuve que hacer otro pago de deucible cuando entiendo que era algo que debia cubrirlo con la reparacion anterior y que estoy seguro que entrgue mi vehiculo en perfecto estado o sea no tenia ningun otro problema que el ac y me indican que dedo llevar la guagua ala infinity por que no pueden solucionar no entirndo como son capaces de entregar un vehiculo a un consimudor con un problema de suguridad ( safety problem ) no creo que sea responsable entregar un vehiculo al consumidor con un problema de safety problem y mucho menos que un mes no se tomen el tiempo de llevar el vehiculo a donde sea necesarion para entregar el vehiculo en optimas condiciones a su cliente y este satifescho de paso les indico que les he comprado 4 vehiculos en los ultimos 5 anos pero con estas experiencia y una similar el año pasado con my propio vehiculo marca ford creo que no les recomiendo comprar garantias la cuales no te dan gtrankilidad sino mas tenciones y o decepcones por que quien se supone que te respondan no lo hacen muy mal servicio y y muy iresponsable con tanto tirmpo para poder resolverlo att hector cortes 4077298804 More
