Excellent service overall! Edgar Alcala did an outstanding job. He was very attentive, professional, and dedicated, and he was always willing to help and answer any questions I had. The driver also provided excellent service. He dropped me off at my house, and once my truck was ready, he came back to pick me up and drove me to the dealership. Great teamwork and an excellent customer service experience from beginning to end. I truly appreciate everything they did for me during my last visit. Thank you, Edgar and the entire team!

Mingo, the service advisor, provided great service during my vehicle repair. He walked me through the process, answered my questions, and seamlessly set up my rental. When the repair was complete, he ran through the rain to get my vehicle and, since I forgot to mention it earlier, made a quick repair order and replaced my wiper blades before I left. I am optimistic about the repairs,l because of his explanation, and if I need to go back, I hope I work with Mingo again.
