We went to Jarrett Gordon for our routine service on our Ford Transit Connect, and also to fix a little problem that we had, and Edgar Alcala was fantastic!!! Had our car for 33 days to make a warranty repair. Totally unacceptable. Made no compensation attempt. Actually they were very non caring. As they say no publicity is better than bad publicity. More

They quickly fixed my vehicle after a simple explanation and they figured out the problem and solution quickly.
