My experience with Jarrett-Gordon Ford was spectacular, mainly due to the hard work of my salesman Victor Ballesteros to make this a quick, seamless, and remarkably easy purchasing process. The dealer was even working to deliver my vehicle, but to make my pre-approval lender happy I came in, which was great cause I got to see the hard work of the detail Victor setup before I signed for my brand new F150. I really can’t say enough how painless this experience was, no gotchas in the finance office, no gotchas at the sales table, what Jarrett-Gordon presented to me initially was what I saw out the door. We initially were messaging and then with one phone call our mind was made that we were going to make the trip to do the test drive. All the information was available up front. No surprises. We were lucky to take advantage of the 60 month 0% financing. Victor was very well versed in the process and able to answer all our question and address our concerns without making us feel pressured to buy. We were also able to trade in our vehicle with a very fair trade in value.
