Oil change and more The guy who helped me was very nice. I went in for an oil change and just happened to have my battery die right in the bay. So I was lucky that was The guy who helped me was very nice. I went in for an oil change and just happened to have my battery die right in the bay. So I was lucky that was where I was. But, he found that I needed more things to be done and it was over $400. That is my only complaint is that it is always more expensive than what you think when you are there. I was also a little surprised that my battery died then. My car is just over 3 years old, I keep it in a garage overnight and it only has 28,000 miles on it. More

We met Bryan when we walked into the showroom without an appointment Bryan was friendly and straight forward in dealing with us. Bryan made sure our questions were answered and was easy to work with. Once we agreed on a price on the CRV we wanted, however it was not in stock, Jay Wolfe thought they had the vehicle located in state. Bryan arranged for us to drive a new loaner SUV while we waited for the CRV vehicle to be delivered. However there were challenges finding the CRV we wanted so Jay Wolfe allowed us to drive the loaner SUV for 2 weeks until the CRV was delivered. The CRV payment and delivery process went smoothly. This dealership's customer service was significantly better than the other Honda dealership we visited. More

It was fine. I came in for a factory recall on an airbag. I was up-sold $200+ other stuff, which I really didn't have the money for. I was car shopping on the coldest day of the year and he came out to eagerly greet me to see how he could help. He wasn’t at all pushy, but took me over to the lounge to offer me a warm beverage while he warmed up a Pilot to test drive. When I left that day, it didn’t try to force me into a deal. He understood I hadn’t done my homework, yet, and I think it was his professional manner that helped influenced our decision to go with a Pilot over a Highlander. We went to 4 other dealerships in town and the overall service was just far superior at Jay Wolfe. The fact I love our new Pilot is an added bonus! More
