First time experience I was very impressed with the service I received and the care that was taken to make sure I understood where everything was located. My only suggestion for improvement would be to follow through on what was offered. I was asked if I would like a complementary car was while there. I left the dealership in a shorter time that what was estimated, but then realized when I got home the car had not been washed. Not a major issue, but it would have been nice to have the car cleaned as offered. More

courteous Staff, But very expensive maintainance. Even though staff treats customer well, but i felt i am paying too much for regualr service.
