Average Visit Kyle wasn't friendly or helpful. From the start, tried to sell me on more service than what the oil change that I needed. Didn't walk me to the loun Kyle wasn't friendly or helpful. From the start, tried to sell me on more service than what the oil change that I needed. Didn't walk me to the lounge and sign me in. When he came to get me afterwards, went "Oh, here is a red on the inspection. I'll have to check with the tech and see why". He then left me to follow behind. He did explain what the red is for and stated that I had a little time to decide on replacing the strut. After I paid, he pointed me to my car and said your all set to go. My keys still had the tag and the visor also still had the tag. I LOVE Byron. Always treating me with respect and kindness. More
Service did not perform all tasks requested This is the second time we have had to bring our vehicle in to Jay Wolfe to address a vibration felt in the tires while driving. This vibration did no This is the second time we have had to bring our vehicle in to Jay Wolfe to address a vibration felt in the tires while driving. This vibration did not exist before jay Wolfe rotated our tires. Upon bringing the vehicle back in, we were told the wheels were all unbalanced. We paid to have them rebalanced, yet the vibration still remains. Furthermore, we had issues with the automatic locks, where a part was needed to be replaced. We had requested that the locks be reprogrammed so that when the driver door was grabbed to unlock the vehicle, all doors unlocked, like what occurs when you grab the passenger door to unlock. We asked for this to be done on both visits. Kevin, our service member handling the case, failed to ask the techs to make this change both times. His attention to detail was very disappointing. More
