Beware the service department In addition to never buying a Honda Odyssey again, I would certainly never trust their service department on anything other than warranty work. We took our Honda Odyssey in for service because the engine and battery lights were on. We were told that the connector on the battery was loose and they needed to tighten it and that the timing belt case was leaking oil and the power steering deck was faulty. I took it to another mechanic for a second opinion. The following is what is was shown: - The battery connector was never tightened. The dealership put a screw between the connector and the terminal! UNSAFE!!!!!!!! - The timing case did need replacement. I got it for $1500 at another dealer as opposed to the $2500 that this dealer wanted The power steering deck did not need replaced. The other dealer in fact told me that if it came in as a warranty repair he would recommend it NOT being repaired or replaced. So, the dealer's service department 1) are liars (recommending repairs that aren't needed), 2) are incompetent (they either don't possess a 10mm wrench or can't use one and 3) will upsell you on things you don't need. IF YOU USE THIS DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE, my experience would suggest that you are going to overpay and pay for services that you don't need. God bless you. More

Terrible So where to begin. Bought brand new car, less than 7 days go by and battery dies in the shop. They say it's good battery, less than 12 hours later car So where to begin. Oh missed multiple hours of work when they were checking the battery. So now had no vehicle for the weekend. Get a jump and brought car back in on holiday, when bringing in all electrical systems saying they were not working and not safe, and they look at it and say need a new battery. They replace battery but nothing else. No offer for anything and really just blew it off. Battery in 2018 vehicle should not go bad that quickly. The sales manager is off putting, he talks like he knows all these things and acts like he is your buddy. He did not offer anything for spending $30+k on a vehicle to have it not work in less than 7 days. Stay away from them and for sure the service department. How does same service department see battery and say good battery it is fine, but then bad 12 hours later when car won't even start.
